AKNT Collector Hub is operated by Luisito Tay under Anik Ka ng Tokwa from Quezon City, Philippines. By using an account, submitting content, activating a trial, paying for membership, or claiming a raffle entry, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific rules shown to you.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate account and payment information.
• Keep access to your sign-in account secure.
• One person may not create duplicate accounts to obtain repeat trials, raffle entries, or other restricted benefits.
• Notify AKNT promptly if you believe your account is being misused.

You may use AKNT Collector Hub for personal collector activities. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape private information, submit harmful files, impersonate another person, manipulate raffle entries, or use the platform for fraud or unlawful activity.

We may investigate activity, remove content, reverse invalid entries, restrict features, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect members or the platform.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give AKNT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to review, format, display, and promote that content as part of the platform and AKNT community channels. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Submission does not guarantee publication. AKNT may edit for clarity, reject, archive, or remove content that violates the Community Guidelines or creates safety, accuracy, or rights concerns.

Membership features, duration, pricing, free-trial eligibility, approval timing, cancellation, and refund rules are explained in the Membership and Payment Policy. Current manual payments do not renew automatically.

Each campaign is governed by the Official Raffle Mechanics and the dates, prizes, entry values, and special conditions shown on its campaign page. Invalid, duplicated, automated, misleading, or unverifiable entries may be removed.

Marketplace listings, prices, stock, product quality, payments, fulfillment, social platforms, and courier services are controlled by independent providers. Review their terms before transacting. AKNT may earn commissions from identified affiliate links at no additional cost to you.

We work to keep the platform accurate and available, but Budol details, prices, schedules, and external links can change without notice. The platform is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine law.

Features and policies may change as the platform develops. Material changes will be announced when reasonably practical. These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Concerns should first be sent to the support email so we can try to resolve them fairly.
