Privacy Policy

Luisito Tay, operator of Anik Ka ng Tokwa in Quezon City, Philippines, is the personal information controller for AKNT Collector Hub. Privacy requests may be sent to anikkangtokwa@gmail.com.

• Account information: account identifier, email address, and display name supplied through sign-in.
• Collector activity: saved Budols, calendar preferences, notification choices, budgets, community submissions, and raffle activity.
• Membership information: selected plan, payment method, payment reference, uploaded proof, review history, and membership dates.
• Winner information: full name, Philippine delivery address, and contact number, requested only after a participant is selected as a winner.
• Technical information: basic security, request, and error information needed to operate and protect the service. The announcement dismissal preference may be stored in your browser.

• Provide accounts, Budol tools, membership access, and raffle participation.
• Review payments, submissions, and claims.
• Deliver service messages, winner notices, and notifications selected by the member.
• Prevent fraud, duplicate claims, abuse, and security incidents.
• Maintain accounting, operational, and legal records.
• Improve AKNT Collector Hub using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.

We process information when it is needed to provide the requested service, when you give consent, when we have a legitimate operational or security purpose, or when law requires it.

Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, email, storage, payment, and support providers used to operate the platform. Current or planned providers include OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, Resend, and PayMongo when automated checkout is introduced. A selected winner's delivery details may be shared with an independent courier only when needed to arrange delivery.

We do not sell member personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect members and the platform, or during a legitimate organizational transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

• Rejected payment proofs are retained for up to 90 days.
• Approved payment and accounting records are retained for up to five years, or longer when required by law.
• Winner delivery details are normally removed within 90 days after prize fulfillment, unless needed for an unresolved delivery, accounting, or legal matter.
• Public raffle archives keep masked winner labels, ticket records, and draw verification data. They do not publish full addresses or phone numbers.
• Inactive account data is retained until deletion is requested or it is no longer needed for the purposes described here.

Subject to applicable Philippine law, you may ask to access, correct, object to processing, request deletion or blocking, obtain portable data where applicable, or withdraw consent for optional processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Account export and deletion tools are available from My Account. Some records may be retained when required for security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

We use reasonable administrative and technical controls, restricted admin access, private payment-proof storage, and account-based permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

AKNT Collector Hub and its raffles are intended for people at least 18 years old. Please do not use the platform or submit information if you are under 18.

Material changes will be posted on the platform with a revised update date. When a change significantly affects how personal information is used, we will provide additional notice when reasonably practical.
